Welcome

Thanks to the student of the Master of MAES (17-18). University of Granada, 2018:

1. Don't go to sleep hangry or too full.
2. Don't take exciting substances like coffee, tea, or alcohol, specially at the evening or at the end of the day.
3. Take a light dinner and wait an hour or two hours to go to the bed.
4. Do exercise but not at the end of the day because it actives your body.
5. Try to maintain regular dream schedules try to lie down and get up always at the same time.
6. Sleep deprivation reduces intelligence.
7. Without sleeping, you have risk of losing contact with reality.
8. If you are a teenager, sleep support growth, emotional and mental development.
9. Drugs have a negative influence on the sleeping.
10. Avoid bright screens within 1-2 hours of your bedtime.
